The Answers You're Looking For.

The Understanding You Deserve.

Neurodiversity-Affirming Assessments and Therapy for Children, Teens, and Adults Looking for Insight That Validates Their Experience and Illuminates Their Strengths

You've spent years wondering why life seems harder for you than it does for everyone else…

Why things that appear effortless for other people leave you exhausted. Why you've always felt a little different, even when you couldn't explain exactly how. Why you've worked so hard to keep up, fit in, or make sense of experiences that never seemed to come as naturally to you as they did to those around you.

Or perhaps you're watching your child struggle with things that other children seem to navigate with ease, and you're searching for a way to better understand what they're experiencing.

If you've spent years asking yourself, "Why is this so hard for me?" or "Why does my child experience the world so differently?" you're not alone.

What if there was never anything wrong with you, only something important you hadn't understood yet?

You're not broken, defective, or failing.

You simply haven't had the roadmap you need to understand yourself with compassion and clarity.

I’m Eleanor Palser, PhD,

Licensed Clinical Psychologist

I've always been fascinated by the different ways people experience and move through the world. That curiosity eventually became a career helping people make sense of experiences that may have felt confusing or difficult for years.

What I love most about this work is the moment when things finally start to make sense. When a parent feels relief after years of wondering. When an adult realizes there was never anything wrong with them in the first place.

As both a psychologist and a neurodivergent person myself, I combine specialized expertise with lived experience to help people better understand their strengths, challenges, and the unique ways they experience the world.

My goal isn't to tell you who you are. You probably have a good sense of that already. My goal is to help you better understand how your mind works and what supports you to thrive.

How We Can Help

Assessments

Insight That Extends Beyond a Diagnosis

A great assessment doesn't just tell you whether you meet criteria for autism or ADHD. It helps you understand how your mind works, where your strengths shine, where you may need support, and how to move forward with greater confidence. Our comprehensive evaluations consider the whole person, helping uncover patterns that may have been overlooked, misunderstood, or attributed to something else entirely.

Therapy

Build a Life That Works for Your Brain

Understanding yourself is just the beginning. Therapy provides a supportive space to navigate challenges, develop practical tools, and better understand the ways your brain interacts with the world around you. Our neurodiversity-affirming approach is tailored to your unique needs, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll help you move through life with greater confidence, self-understanding, and ease.

What Becomes Possible

When things finally make sense, you can spend less energy wondering and more energy becoming.

You begin to see yourself or your child through a lens of understanding rather than criticism, replacing years of confusion, frustration, or self-doubt with greater self-compassion.

You gain a deeper appreciation for the strengths, abilities, and unique qualities that may have been overshadowed by challenges or misunderstandings.

You feel more confident advocating for the support, accommodations, and resources needed to thrive at home, school, work, and in relationships.

You can move forward with greater clarity about what helps, what matters, and how to build a life that works with your brain rather than against it.

It’s Time to See Yourself in a New Light

Years of frustration, confusion, or feeling misunderstood don't have to define what comes next. Change begins with seeing yourself through a clearer lens.
