About The Neurodiversity ClinicEmpowering Minds. Supporting Journeys.
A neurodiversity-affirming practice built on the belief that understanding yourself is the first step toward self-acceptance, meaningful support, and a life that works with your brain, not against it.
I’m Eleanor Palser, PhD,
Licensed Clinical Psychologist | Assistant Professor | Researcher
For much of my career, I've been immersed in trying to better understand neurodiversity through research, clinical practice, teaching, and training. But some of the most important lessons I've learned haven't come from textbooks or journal articles. They've come from listening to the stories of children, adults, and families who spent years wondering why they felt different, as well as from my own experiences as a neurodivergent person.
Those experiences have shaped the way I practice today. I believe exceptional care begins with genuine curiosity, thoughtful collaboration, and creating a space where people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are.
My greatest hope is that our work together leaves you with something far more valuable than answers alone: the ability to see yourself with more compassion than criticism and more confidence than doubt.

Honor Your Whole StoryRather than focusing only on what's difficult, I want to understand everything that makes you who you are: your strengths, your challenges, your quirks, and the ways you've learned to adapt to the world around you.
Create a Place Where You Can ExhaleWhether you're exhausted from masking, worried about saying the "wrong" thing, or simply unsure where to begin, my hope is that this becomes a place where you can stop performing and simply be yourself.
Help You Trust Yourself AgainYears of second-guessing can make it difficult to trust your own instincts. My hope is that our work helps you reconnect with your inner voice, trust your experiences, find confidence in your decisions, and advocate for what you need.
Leave You Better Equipped for What Comes NextInsight is only valuable if it changes the way you move through the world. Whether you're at school, at work, at home, or in your relationships, my goal is to help you leave with practical strategies that continue to support you long after our work together.

The Neurodiversity Clinic Mission
Too often, neurodivergent people grow up believing they need to hide parts of themselves in order to fit in. Our mission is to create a place where authenticity is welcomed, differences are respected, and every person has the opportunity to discover that the qualities that make them different can also become some of their greatest strengths.
Our Values
ExcellenceWe believe people deserve the highest standard of care. That's why we invest in advanced training, use gold-standard assessment tools, and stay actively engaged in research to ensure every recommendation reflects the best available evidence.
Individualized CareNo two minds are exactly alike, which is why no two treatment plans should be either. We tailor every assessment, recommendation, and therapy approach to the individual rather than relying on one-size-fits-all solutions.
CollaborationThe best outcomes happen when we work together. Whether collaborating with families, schools, physicians, or other providers, we believe thoughtful communication creates stronger support systems and better care.
How We Can Help
Assessments
Insight That Extends Beyond a DiagnosisWhen you're searching for answers, a thoughtful assessment can provide the clarity, validation, and direction to help you move forward.
Therapy
Build a Life That Works for Your BrainWhether you're navigating anxiety, low mood, executive functioning challenges, or life after a diagnosis, therapy offers a space to grow, heal, and thrive as your authentic self.
